"This was fantastic! I used 1 C. whipping cream, 2 C. whole milk. I cooked it in a 3-1/2 quart heavy cast iron pot. I felt it was possibly cooking faster than it might have, had I used a different pot. I had to turn the heat down to low toward the end. Bottom line: a person might want to keep an eye on it to make sure it isn't burning. Stirr..."

"I am extremely picky about my crockpot recipes (don't like most. This one was great! I made a half-recipe with 1 lb. of pork chops. Because my crockpot tends to burn meat (it's old, with the element on the bottom, I put the fruit mixture in first, then put the chops on top. I then spooned some of the fruit mixture on top of the meat. While at wo..."

"Super-easy! I started mine late and so had to cook it on high (4 hours for one chicken breast. I salted and peppered the it lightly. I placed the chicken breast on a "bed" of onion slices, since I have had problems with my crockpot burning things in the past (it's an older one with the element on the bottom. The bed of onions worked, and mad..."

"These are great! I substituted white chocolate chips for the semi-sweet chocolate chips (trying to use them up, and had to sprinkle dried cherries at one end b/c I ran out of cranberries. The white chips made the bars very sweet. Also, I froze some of the bars to keep them fresh. I was a little uncertain about the whole thing until last night..."

"This was great! I happened to use shredded parmesan cheese rather than grated as directed. If one does that, I wonder if it would stick better if one patted the cheese on first, then shook on the seasoned salt. Just a thought. In any case, it was excellent. Thanks, KeyWee!"

"I can vouch for this recipe, having made it about a year ago. It's very easy, and makes a great chicken. As I recall, letting it sit for 20 minutes at the end as recommended makes it much more juicy. Thanks for posting it, Chef!"

"DELICIOUS!! I made this using a clay pot cooker. I mixed the dry Italian dressing and the Italian seasoning together and patted them on both sides of the meat like a rub. Then I put it in the pot, put the garlic and slices of butter on top, and gently poured in the beer so as not to wash off the rub. I didn't add any water at all (the clay lid ..."
