    "This strudel turned out wonderfully! I kept to the recipe and found that with the 6 apples, I was able to roll 3 very thick strudels, each about 12 inches long. Superb! Just the right amount of sweetness."

    "I made this cheesecake for Christmas dinner and two days prior. It turned out beautifully with no cracks, silky and delicious! I baked it at 325 in my gas range and in a water bath for an additional 10 minutes. When completed, I allowed the cake to cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for the first 15 minutes and then closed. It sat in ..."

    "This recipe sounds wonderful. I would have to adjust a few things. The peppers and flour aren't available in Ontario and I would replace those with jalapeno or similar peppers and unbleached all-purpose flour. I might, just might, add 1 can of kidney beans for texture!"
