"This was so delicious! It was a nicely spicy without being overwhelming, as has a little sweetness to compliment the savoriness. The only changes I made were browning the roast and using frozen oj. I used more than 3 tbls of rub and still have lots left over. Thanks for sharing, I will definitely make this again. "This was a very tasty dish, I liked the contrast of the savoriness of the red pepper sauce and the sweetness of the scallops. The only change I would make would be to use low sodium chicken broth as the pepper sauce was a bit too salty for my taste. I reduced the recipe to one serving and pan grilled my scallops. Made for PRMRT."

"A tasty, not very sweet biscotti. The chocolate drizzle is a nice touch but could easily be skipped. I thought they could be a little crunchier but are good if you aren't dunking into coffee. I used almonds and Trader Joe's dark cocoa and chocolate. Made for PRMRT."

"This was a good shrimp dish, I really liked the cilantro and onion, though I thought it could use more seasoning. My one issue is the cooking time, shrimp cook fast and my shrimp were done at 10 minutes which meant the coating was only partly crispy. If I had left them in 10 more minutes they would have tasted like erasers. I'd like to try th..."

"This is a fresh and tasty salad. I have to say I prefer balsamic vinegar in this type of salade to the lemon juice but it's a nice alternative. Made for PAC 2013 Spring Safari"

"This have an interesting flavor I liked the molasses with a little bit of heat behind it. I didn't have dried chilies so subbed a little hotsauce, red pepper flakes and chili powder. The only thing I didn't like is even with extra time in the oven the coating is still sticky which makes them messy to eat. I had hoped to serve them to gue..."

"Scrumptious and addicting! I cut the recipe in half except for the cinnamon and I thought it was perfect - not too strong at all. I baked my about 5 minutes longer because my almonds had been in the freezer. Made for PAC 2013 Spring Safari"

"Super simple, quick and delicious! For two of us I used 1/2 lb of shrimp but the full amount of everything else. I didn't have fresh parsely or basil, instead I cooked pasta to serve with this and tossed it with a little olive oil and butter, more lemon juice, cumin, garlic, S & P and a couple of tsp of pesto.
