"This was a very tasty dish, I liked the contrast of the savoriness of the red pepper sauce and the sweetness of the scallops. The only change I would make would be to use low sodium chicken broth as the pepper sauce was a bit too salty for my taste. I reduced the recipe to one serving and pan grilled my scallops. "A tasty, not very sweet biscotti. The chocolate drizzle is a nice touch but could easily be skipped. I thought they could be a little crunchier but are good if you aren't dunking into coffee. I used almonds and Trader Joe's dark cocoa and chocolate. Made for PRMRT."

"This was a good shrimp dish, I really liked the cilantro and onion, though I thought it could use more seasoning. My one issue is the cooking time, shrimp cook fast and my shrimp were done at 10 minutes which meant the coating was only partly crispy.
