    Handle
     |  By Claudia Dawn

"Pork chops came out moist and tender. I used 3 medium russet potatoes, 2 pork chops and the full amount of gravy. Sprinkled the chops liberally with pepper and garlic powder before browning, then sprinkled the assembled dish with salt and more pepper before baking. I poured about half of the gravy into the baking dish, added the chops, potatoes..."

"I used tilapia for this recipe and it turned out great. After seeing Marg (CaymanDesigns' gorgeous photo of this recipe, I read her review and followed her suggestions and used a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed liberally with Pam."

    Reviewed Creamy Broccoli Casserole
    Handle
     |  By Kikimony

"Very good casserole with a slight crunch from the broccoli and cracker topping. Since there is no oven temp listed, I went with the other two reviews and baked at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then added the cheese topping and baked for another 5 minutes. I think next time I would make this with cream of broccoli soup instead of cream of celery."

"Loved this dipping sauce. I can't compare it to Carrabba's since I've never eaten there (and have no intention of driving to another state just so I can eat at Carrabba's. Served with slices of French bread and it was delicious."

"I'm always looking for easy recipes for those days when I just don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen, and it's a major plus when it's a Weight Watchers recipe. I used chicken tenders and baked for 20 minutes. Loved the addition of the salsa and sour cream."

"Delicious French toast. I did not have cinnamon-raisin bread, so I used wheat bread and added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture. I'm not a huge fan of raisins so I ignored that ingredient. I served with maple syrup because if you're going to go this rich and decadent, you might as well go all the way."
