"Delicious! I am pretty sure I didn't make this right. Had to sub chicken base and h2o for all the liquid stock ingredients. And i found something in my grocer's veggie bin that they thought was Kale, but I haven't been able to find a picture of what I bought on Wiki P upon returning home but I threw it in there anyway. "Terrific unique oriental inspired flavor. I liked this and my husband loved it. I cheated and substituted a can of cooked chicken for the meat. Next time I make this I am going to add a can of water chestneuts.
