"This was delicious! I made a 1/2 recipe. Very nice and fluffy. I think I could have cut the butter in half, and will try that next time. I omitted the salt since most of us don't use that much, and let DH salt his own. Thanks for a great, easy recipe!"

"These were awful! They were doughy in the middle even if I cooked them til burnt on the outside. I tried spreading the batter out, making them smaller, thinning some of the batter with milk, etc. and nothing worked. I think it's because 1 can is way too much pumpkin. Did the recipe somehow get corrupted when they updated the site? Other pumpkin pa..."

"I shouldn't give stars since what I made was really quite different than this recipe, but I just wanted to note that I used this basic idea with great success. I needed a way to cook 4 1/2 lbs of boneless skinless breasts and keep them tender, my crockpot was already in use, and I wanted something without a really specific flavor so the chicken co..."

"There's quite a bit of info available on the internet about the possible dangers of this cooking method since plastic leaches chemicals at high heat levels, and these bags were not made for boiling. Even the manufacturer cautions against it. Just do a google search for "bag omelet leach." I am no expert myself, but I hope the readers will do a lit..."

"I usually do 1 T molasses to 1 c. of sugar. I've even taken this a step further and I do not even mix the sugar and molasses together first for most recipes (banana bread, barbeque sauce, etc.. As long as the sugar and molasses are going to be mixed together in the recipe anyway, I just toss in white sugar and molasses into the recipe when I woul..."

"I had a couple of loaves of homemade banana bread getting stale because they didn't turn out as well as usual. I used 1 to make this just to see if the stale bread could have a second life and they were WONDERFUL! Yum! I also did a few slices of regular whole wheat storebought bread just to see, and they turned out great too. I will make this when..."
