    "Awesome recipe! We use this for our crepes now. we found it easier to let the batter sit for 20 min. before cooking, and to let the first side sit a little longer than a minute. we love this recipe!!"

    "Perfect. Our backing soda was old, but they were still fluffy. Would it be possible to cut the sugar in half for my less sweet-toothed eaters? Not a single complaint from my family though. We loved them! THANK YOU!"
