"This is very similar to the recipe that my Mom would make when were were kids. We didn't salt the tomatos and let stand overnight, we sliced and cooked immediately. My grandfather would put these pickles on everything. Come to think of it, I believe he ate most of these pickles all by himself.
An excellent recipe well worth making!"

"I give this recipe four stars because I like most of the ingredients in the list. Cooking casserole style is easy and if your dog likes it, great! I've tried a recipe very similar to this one but it called for using a crockpot. My finicky mutts just didn't go for it. For those of you who want to feed homemade diet and don't have success with t..."

"This was good! But I like brownies with a rich chocolate flavour so next time I will increase the cocoa to 5 or 6 tablespoons and will substitute the oil for melted butter and add a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt to bring out the chocolate flavour. I added the chocolate chips and it was a nice touch! Definitely worth making again!"

"Is this actually gluten free bread???? OMG, it was amazing! Even though my bread browned a little too much for my liking, it was by far better than any other gluten free bread I have tried. I followed the directions but omitted the egg substitute because I didn't have any. Otherwise, directions were followed to a T. I had two amazing French ..."

"Wow! This recipe was amazing! I skipped the red pepper flakes because my spouse doesn't care for spicy food but followed the directions as stated. I used jumbo shrimp and cooked them about 2 to 3 minutes per side and they turned out perfect! Served it with Surf and Turf and it was more than a hit! Spouse loved it! Thanks for sharing!"

"Great Recipe! Though I did substitute lemon juice for the vinegar. I think I'll keep that routine! Thanks for sharing!"

"Excellent recipe! Made it as stated except that 1/2 way through the potato cooking time added a couple handfuls of frozen peas. Whenever I had vegetable samosa they had aloo gobi as the mix and it always had peas in it and I found the sweetness of the peas balance the slight spice of the rest of the mixture.
Thanks for sharing!"

"I've been making this for years with a slightly different twist. I place two slices of bread in the pan, add the cheese and then apple sauce to one, let cook and then place the two slices together. This prevents the bread from getting soggy when in direct contact with the apple butter or apple sauce. You can even flip the free slice of bread so..."

"I'm not a big duck fan but my spouse is and so I checked RecipeZaar for an easy recipe and tried this one. I was not disappointed. The marinade did give the skin a wonderful sweet and salty flavour that was not overpowering. Even though I typically do NOT eat poultry skin, there was an exception with this recipe. Next time, I may just try this..."

"My Great Aunt Augstine introduced our family to this jelly in the 1970's. Personally, I've been making this jelly for about two decades and have given it away in Christmas gift care packages. Every year I have the jars returned asking for refills. It is an amazing jelly and I must admit, my preferred spread for toast in the morning!"
