"I was looking for a quick and easy tuna meal without resorting to the processed boxed stuff and I must say I was quite surprised. I wasn't sure I would like the taste of tuna with tomatoes but I really enjoyed this. The directions didn't make clear the amount of dried basil so I just added 1 teaspoon and I also used half of one box of pasta (penne..."

"This was a really amazing recipe, I didnt have oregeno so I added parsely and didn't have celery salt so added a little old bay seasoning. The result was absolutely delicious and incredibly simple to prepare. I served this with plain basmati rice and butter - what a great weeknight meal!"

"I made a few adjustments based on what I had in the pantry. First I used ground turkey. I only had dried tortellini (without cheese, I used italian style diced tomatoes. And at the end I added some red wine vinegar. I have to say that it was out of this world but next time I'll use cheese tortellini as I'm sure it will be even better."

"This was excellent, I just got done with my second bowl and I'm full but I want to keep eating! I made a few changes, I sauteed the onion and garlic before adding the vegetable broth (i also chopped the garlic. I did what others said and added another teaspoon of Cumin. I added a little more potato which I mashed by hand inside the pot (no need t..."

"Very good recipe, It's a no frills solid meal. I used flour instead of starch and left out the bamboo shoots. I suggest using a big enough pan as space can be an issue when pusing meat and veggies up the sides. Also step 7 fails to mention the addition of the soy sauce in the bowl, which is a main ingredient."

     |  By Wish I Could Cook

"Delicious soup! I added a little more flour to thicken it up, other Harira recipes mention adding egg, maybe i'll try that next time. I also only had spaghettini and used that in place of the orzo which was good but cumbersome to eat with a spoon. Overall a great soup."
