    Reviewed Beer Bread

"I make this all the time. It is perfect. I use 3/4 cup butter. I have used probably 10 different kinds of beer, and every single loaf turns out to be delicious! Goes amazingly with soup, chili, stew, etc., or is just perfect on its own!"

Reviewed Best Ever Banana Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting
    Handle
     |  By Rhonda *J*

"I did not care much for this cake. I made it exactly as written. It did not have a strong enough banana flavor for me. The icing was good. I will simply continue making regular old banana bread, and just add the icing to the bread instead, and call it cake! This cake just did not do it for me. My boyfriend agreed. Will not make again."

    Handle
     |  By 1Steve

"This is delicious! I prepped the apples by sprinkling a flour/sugar/cinnamon combo on them. I used Jonathans. I added more oats than what was called for. I doubled the entire recipe, baked in a 9x13. I might bake for less time, next time, because the apples were a little too soft. May make more crisp as well."

"I made this for dinner one night when I needed to use up some fresh spinach. It was quite easy to prepare. I also added mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. I think I'll doctor it up even more next time to add more flavor. Great basic recipe!"

     |  (3 people found this helpful) |  By Joy1996

"Delicious!! I ended up using about 7 cups of apples in a deep dish pie pan. I kept all other measurements the same and it still came out fabulous! I served it warm, with vanilla ice cream. (My boyfriend doesn't think pie should exist without ice cream! I sprinkled extra cinnamon on top of the pie before baking, but I love cinnamon! Thank you for ..."

"I love this casserole! I use cheddar cheese soup, and add a can of Rotel, sliced fresh mushrooms, and 1/2 can black olives. I add a dollop of sour cream to the top of each piece I serve as well. Also, to make things easier on myself, I don't use as many layers. I put down the ripped up tortilla shells. Throw everything else in, then more tortilla ..."

    Reviewed Peach Cobbler
    Handle
     |  (2 people found this helpful) |  By Suellen Anderson

"This may be a regional difference, but the consistency of the topping is not what I think of as "cobbler." This is essentially a layer of spongy cake over top of the peaches. That being said, the final product was in fact decent. I am undecided if I will make it again."

"Delicious!!! I'm sure it is great as written, but I changed a few things. I took this to work for a large group so I didn't want to make it TOO hot. I used Rotel tomatoes with green chilies in them, and left out the jalapenos. This gave it some heat, but wasn't overly hot. It also saved me time by not having to chop the tomatoes and jalapeno calle..."

    Reviewed Hamburger Noodle Bake

"Delicious! A little too creamy in some parts, however. I think mixing the dairy mixture in with the tomato sauce mixture will help significantly. A tad bit bland. Will add some Italian seasoning and/or red pepper flakes next time. With those changes, I am positive this will earn a spot in my permanent rotation! Thanks!"

"Delicious! I made this for my family for Father's Day. Both of my picky little brothers declared it, "so awesomely good." I think I will cut back on the salt a bit the next time I make it. I'll be serving this over noodles next time as suggested by other reviewers."
