"This is one of those recipes where I really want to be able to give half a star. It was very good but not one of my favorites. When looking for a rolled/stuffed chicken recipe I'd probably just stick to a chicken cordon bleu instead, not because this recipe was bad but because we prefer it more. "I used this recipe on a butterball boneless turkey roast (basically turkey breast tied w/ string. We all enjoyed it.
