"First time ever making a pie, and it ended up being just about the best pie crust I've ever had. Really easy too. The trickiest part is not melting the butter too much. You have to work quickly with it and not handle it too much."

I changed a few things: did 375 degrees instead of 350 for 50 minutes, used 1/2 cup light corn syrup + 1/2 cup molasses instead of just corn syrup, and used 1 1/2 cups of pecans. It turned out great. "Great recipe, freezes perfectly. I made a whole chicken in the crock pot, then shredded it, and it made the recipe even better."

"Created an account just to review this recipe. Pancakes are supposed to be easy, yet the various recipes I've used have been hit or miss. This one is just about perfect.I substituted 25% of the flour for whole wheat. Next time I'll try 50%, because I couldn't even tell that there was any whole wheat flour in there."
