"Really good recipe! I subbed a small can of tomato paste for the sun-dried, and used 7 oz. turkey kielbasa sausage instead of 2oz turkey hot italian. Added 3/4 C cut fresh green beans and 3/4 C sliced mushrooms. Weight Watchers PointsPlus based on six servings was 6 points per serving, with substitutions and additions."

"Simple recipe, very moist muffins! No cooking time given: I had 24 muffins, total (bigger pan, or filled them more than you, and each batch of 12 was perfectly done in 25 minutes. "It was pretty good, but I think next time I would cut back on the sausage and add some more veggies to give it a little less heaviness. Was popular at the brunch we brought it to, though! Very simple to make, which was a big plus."

"Well, we served it with lightly steamed green beans and just-smashed red potatoes with parmesan...and it was FABULOUS. Kudos to this recipe; it really is delicious. The rolling was easy--just like sushi. This is a meatloaf that I'd be happy to serve to guests. Plenty of leftovers, but i didn't get any because my husband ate them all! Thanks!"

"The soup was fairly easy to make, and tastes okay. There's nothing wrong with it, it's just not something I'd give raves to. I added a splash of lime juice in addition to the vinegar for a bit more zing."
