"A big hit in my family! They loved it! I had the chicken breasts thaw slightly in the fridge overnight (still pretty frozen and cooked on high for 4 1/2 hours, then they were on warm for 3 hours. Used only 4 oz cream cheese and used my favorite salsa (Paul Newman's mild - yummy! Nice with some tortilla chips for garnish."

"Never made mac & cheese in a crock pot before - I cooked this on low as instructed. But I opened it a few times and stirred it because the pasta on top wasn't cooking. The consistency when first served was a bit different but reheating it the next day improved the overall flavor and consistency."

"This truly is a treasure! Vanilla extract can be so expensive...but so can vanilla beans. But I found a source on the internet (through amazon - it was rated very well and got a nice bundle of beans for about $15 - pretty good for a liter of extract! The extract steeped for two months and now smells delicious! I've been using it in all my bak..."

"This is delicious! I doubled the recipe and it made one large loaf, 4 small loaves and a 18 cm by 26 cm pyrex rectangular pan "coffee cake" (just swirl in some brown-sugar cinnamon streusel on the top. The amount of oil seemed high considering the applesauce & zucchini for moisture - so I cut that to 3/4 c per batch. And I used half whole whea..."
