"Turned out very well, the lemon and beer give it a very distinct flavor. If I did it again I would most likely amp up the salt and pepper and maybe add some flour to add a crunchy crust."

"Great recipe for the Horseradish! I followed the cooking instructions, but my wife likes things done, so had to put it back in the oven for about 30 minutes more than suggested. I also have done it with salt, pepper and flour, and the flavor can't be beat!"

"I was in the mood for some good comfort food, and this fit the bill. I followed the instructions exactly and it turned out great! I would suggest that those that are tempted to remove the skin not do so, if you remove the skin a lot of the flavor would be lost. Thanks for sharing!"

"Wasn't bad, but was lacking in real flavor, I added 6 cloves of garlic and didn't seem to have much of an impact. I wouldn't make it again, but it wasn't horrible."
