"These are wonderful! My family loves them! To make them gluten free, we substituted the quick cooking oats for quinoa flakes."

"These are AMAZING! We've made these at least once a week for the last year. We often make a double batch on the weekend and freeze some for quick use over the week (just pop them straight in the toaster and they are ready to go. For the freezer batch, we just do not let them crisp as much as the ones we are going to eat that day. We've have tr..."

"This was amazingly good! We actually made a few key substitutions to suit our families tastes and needs. We used skim evaporated milk, rice pasta, egg substitute, and cut the cheese back by almost half (mozza and cheddar blend. The whole family loved it including my 2 toddler boys! We will definitely be making this regularly!"

"Wow! These were great and fast! Our family eats gluten free, but I had some unexpected guests and needed to make regular hamburger buns. I cut the sugar back to 2 Tbsps and did not add the oil until after I proofed the yeast for 5 minutes. These rose perfectly and browned up nicely! Next time I will baste the tops with egg whites before they ..."

"Thank you! Excellent crust the 2nd time around! I made this recipe a few months back and had no success. After reading the rave reviews, I assumed it was my yeast. I tried it again today and WOW! I did try a few things differently this time around. I used white rice flour instead of brown and proofed the yeast for 5 minutes with agave in th..."

"This was a great recipe to build on! I wanted to reduce some of the fat content so I replaced a few ingredients, but followed the general idea of the recipe. I used chicken stock in place of the wine, turkey bacon for the bacon and 3/4 cups of whole milk with 1/4 cup of butter in place of the cream. It still turned out wonderfully! I will make..."

"These are incredibly tasty! I make these for guests following the recipe exactly, but when I make it around the house for a snack, I use turkey bacon instead of pork bacon and use 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. It does change the flavour slightly, but it reduces the fat content."

"These are amazing! I use to make the gluten containing version of these, but when both my son and my husband were diagnosed with celiac disease, I turned to this version. I have to say, I like this version better! One change I do make is reduce the sugar to 3/4 cups as my husband is also a Type 1 diabetic. I often use this recipe with recipe #..."
