"These are fantastic. I have doubled the recipe with success, too. I added dried cherries, anisette liqueur, crushed anise seed, almond extract, anise extract, and toasted almonds. The recipe is simple and yields a hard, bitey, crunchy and incredibly delicious REAL biscotti. Perfection."

"I added a tsp. of vanilla extract to the dough and only got 10 1/2 muffins (regular size out of the batter. They took 17 minutes to fully bake at 350 and then dropped easily out of the tin (well buttered with no paper holders. They are a wonderful chewy texture along with a pure pecan pie taste. I'll be serving them tomorrow with coffee and t..."

"Chewy and crisp. Delicious! Used 1/2 brown and 1/2 white sugars. Only added 1 1/2 c. choc. chips and then another 1/2 c. of chopped pecans. These took 10 minutes to bake. Thanks for a great new twist on chocolate chip cookies."

"This came as a complete surprise to me. I had a ton of key limes and wandered through here to find a non-key lime pie recipe. This is a perfect dish....simple, delicious, subtle, and fast. I served it over orzo. I reduced the butter down by a tablespoon, but didn't change anything else. The only thing lacking is some fresh ground black pepper..."

"I've made this recipe for years and it IS delicious and quite a surprise that there's no liver in it. Please note that I've found a quick shake of soy sauce makes this even more outstanding."

"Really simple to prepare and very delicious. I baked them using a convection oven for 13 minutes. Nice and crusty on the outside and softly melt-in-the-mouth on the inside. This is a keeper! Thanks."

"A perfect cookie! I added an additional 1/4 c. of crunchy peanut butter and a small handful of golden raisins. Also, instead of choc. chips I roughly chopped Scharfenberger semi-sweet chocolate pieces (about 1 ounce. These were buttery, crisp yet moist and very delicious. They will be added to my rotation of cookie recipes. Thanks!"

"Excellent! Not the usual mushy quality of a lemon bar. More of a buttery and light shortbread with a soft lemon topping. I did use about 3 tsp. of lemon zest and a bit more lemon juice then the recipe called for. Nice tart/sweet combination. By the way, I used key lemons in the recipe. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great new recipe."

"Sooo easy and absolutely delicious. I melted the butter in the microwave in a 2 cup Pyrex measuring cup and then added all the other ingredients to that cup for easy clean up. I did substitute golden raisins because of my preference to them. I'll be trying this recipe again with some dried cherries next time and then substitute almond extract f..."
