"This smells wonderful! I didn't have any dried rosemary, so I substituted dried sage instead (I added about a tablespoon. I mixed everything in a jar and didn't bother with grinding it. Just shake the jar before using to mix all herbs together well. I can't wait to try this on chicken breast! Thanks for sharing, chia!!"

"Holy moly, garlic batman! But sooooo delicious!! This is the first time I made garlic knots and I decided to try Emeril's recipe first, because I really liked the fact of making the dough from scratch (as opposed to a lot of other recipes that called for store-bought dough. I initially thought that 3 tbsp of minced garlic was way too much but ..."

"I was originally going to give this recipe 3 stars but now I'm giving it 5 stars because the flavour improved IMMENSELY after sitting in the fridge for 3 days! I honestly didn't like the smell of it when I was making it, though. I thought that there was too much oregano. After I added Kittencal's meatballs to the sauce, the flavor of the oregano m..."

"These turned out good - soft and moist - but I didn't find them to be melt-in-your-mouth. The only thing I would do different next time is to increase the garlic powder for more flavour."

"I made this several months ago and loved it! This is great as an antipasto served on a slice of crusty Italian bread. I halved the recipe and used white wine vinegar instead (that is all I had on hand. This really turned out fabulous and it was quick and easy to prepare. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!"

"I made these a while ago and they had turned out really well. My husband thought they were a bit on the chewy side, though, but it's just personal preference. For a lighter gnoccho, sometimes I do one part ricotta or mashed potato to one part flour. However, using ricotta instead of mashed potatoes made the process so much faster. Will definitely ..."

"I'm not sure why this has not been reviewed yet. This dish is fabulous. I made two adjustments: a I used basil instead of coriander because I didn't have any, and 2 I cut the eggplants widthwise instead of lengthwise, as well as a bit thinner. Adding the basil did change the flavour but it merried well with the other ingredients. Next time I wil..."

"I made this last week and opened a jar this morning for breakfast. It turned out beautiful. It tastes delicious and it gelled up just as the recipe said.
