    "I baked this cake last Sunday and we ate a piece of it Sunday night...it was okay but I was disappointed. We stored it in the fridge and had a second piece the next night....so much better! Dense, moist and a lot of banana flavor. Day 3....even better with even more banana flavor. I followed the recipe exactly...baked in 13 x 9 pan for 1 hour ..."
