    "I have made this several times and always received rave reviews. I purchased pepermint candy cane sprinkles from a baking supply store and use these on top, and they look beautiful! They also freeze very well."

    "The first time I made this for Thanksgiving, I used very ripe bananas and the banana flavor was a bit overwhelming. The next time, I used bananas that weren't quite as ripe and it came out FABULOUS! I brought it to a potluck (a doubled recipe and it all disappeared!!! NOTE: When it is rewarmed, the banana flavor does intensify....."
