    "This was a hit at our faculty meeting today. I used half butter and half Smart Balance, and all I had was whipped cream cheese. I added 1/4 cup of cocoa powder to batter and almond extract; I added a filling over half the batter of chopped toasted almonds and dark chocolate pieces, then added the rest of the batter. I glazed it with 1/4 cup powder..."

    "These are super wonderful for sure! I made one slight change; I had them at a cookie exchange and they were made with Andes creme de menthe candy, melted. Super smooth and better for my crowd who prefers milk chocolate. But I'm going to try them with semi-sweet and extract!! We sprinkled them with colored sprinkles and packed them in cupcake paper..."

    "You'll have much better results if you use silken tofu, DRAINED and a heavy duty food processor. You can't get firm tofu smooth, even with the liquid. I've made this recipe lots of times and no one knows it's tofu until you tell them."
