     |  By Elana's Pantry

"Really a good salad as written. My husband and i enjoy it quite a bit. I think a "bunch" of kale is relative. The size of a "bunch" is different store to store. So you just have to use your judgement on the amount of dressing you need to coat the kale. Also, I don.t know that this is enough for 24 servings, they would have to be really small. With..."

"Loved these when I made them for a regular dinner, so I added chopped fresh cranberries to it for holiday meals and it was even better! It made a beautiful presentation and the tart berries were a nice balance to the sweetness.I will try dried cranberries in it throughout the year when cranberries are not fresh."

"Love this cake!!! I did use crushed pineapple. It worked really well. Easy to cut smaller pieces.(although it is tough to take a small piece and not go back for more: I also added pecan pieces, nice addition if you like nuts.My husband is not a pineapple fan, but loves this cake. This goes in my book of favorites."

"this was a grrreat soup, savory and buttery tasting, great for cool fall and winter feel good food. I agree with the 1.5 tsp of caraway seeds as well. The only other change I made was to use turkey sausage patties crumbled instead of pork, we don't do pork and this is also a less fattening option. Will do this recipe again and again."
