    "I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to make a friend's wedding cake. We tried several chocolate cake recipes, including this one.     "I used this cake recipe (not the frosting, though to make a friend's wedding cake and it was a hit! The cake is delicious, moist and everything a good red velvet cake is expected to be.
