Reviewed Sloppy Joe and Macaroni Casserole
     |  By sme

"My husband loves sloppy joes, so I figured that this was a twist that was guaranteed to please. I liked the brightness that the pickles added. We like a little spice, so I added chile powder with the onions, garlic, and red pepper."

Reviewed Cranberry Orange Chocolate Chip Cookies
    Handle
     |  By Lorraine of AZ

"Love these cookies! The batter is lighter than regular chocolate chip cookie, since they are made with white sugar, instead of brown. So I had a little trouble telling if the were "done" when I baked them. I like adding a little extra orange zest."

    Reviewed Cissy Bars
    Handle
     |  By Mysterygirl

"Yummy. But beware. I made these once with half butter and half margarine and a few extra graham cracker squares to fill up the sheet pan. The bars turned out great. Reviewed Freshly "Canned" Tomato Sauce
     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By sme

"I think this is a great basic sauce for canning. I decided to blanch, peel, and seed the tomatoes. I also like the idea of using the food processor for chopping the garlic, basil, and some of the tomatoes."

Reviewed Oven Poached Salmon a la Paige with Dill, Vidalia Onion and Cucumber Relish
     |  By sme

"Great recipe! I wanted to make a healthy delicious salmon dish without a lot of clean-up. This fit the bill! I'll definitely make it again."

    Reviewed Handy-Pasto - Antipasto Pizza
     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By sme

    "As Rachel would say, "YUMMO!".

I used homemade pizza dough instead of crust from a can, which probably made it better. I also used Volpi Salami, which is far better than your average deli salami."

    Reviewed Orange Brownies
     |  By sme

"I always thought brownies had to be made with chocolate. But these don't! The orange flavor is delicious and satisfying."
