"This was very good, but I am giving it 5 stars for versitility! It was great for sandwiches...and then I used the left overs for shredded beef burritos! I've been looking for a recipe that would stand on it's own for sandwiches, but also blend well as shredded beef for mexican dishes. I've found it! You can control the heat with the type of pepper..."

"We really liked this! Very easy! I marinated the chicken for a several hours in the fridge (I did end up adding more olive oil to coat everything. I even cooked the kabobs on my George Foreman grill! I cooked them for 3-4min. I used rice wine vinegar since that was all I had, and I didn't have any fresh herbs, so I used dried ones (about a teaspo..."

"This was great! The only modification I made was that I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 fat free sour cream (Naturally Yours. I made this to go with the Almost White Castle sliders Recipe #109264. They went great together!"

"This was great! We loved it! Next time I will use Swanson's broth instead of Kroger brand. The taste was fine, but the broth was so dark in color that, it made the rice look dingy. We lived in downtown SLC for 4 years. The staff a Greek Slovaki knew our order when we walked in! Do you have any more recipes from the festival? Thanks for sharing!!"

"AWESOME!!!! We love this! I raved so much about it, I had 4 co-workers ask me for the recipe without even trying it! The seasoning was perfect! Not too salty (I did use the lite soy sauce and just absolutely wonderful! This will be a staple for sure!"

"This was great and super quick! My very picky husband loved it! Instead of putting it on a hoagie, I bought a loaf of (split length wise and pre-buttered garlic bread from my grocery store. I cut the loaf across the middle, so I now had 4 pieces. I hollowed out the center of the two top halfs of the loaf (leaving the buttered part intact and put..."
