"Awesome! I plan to make this many more times. Although the marmellata takes a while, it's very easy to make. I cooked it covered for 2 hours and then another 30 minutes uncovered to thicken it up."

"Easy, healthy, and delicious. I specifically used Pace mild salsa and added 1 Tbl McCormick taco seasoning. I might try 2 Tbl taco seasoning next time I make it, although 1 was fine. I cooked it on low and it was done in 5 hours. A definite keeper I'll be making many more times."

"Loved this! I used the basic concept of the recipe to make a meal for one: toasted slice of brioche, Parmesan, one poached egg, and a drizzle of jarred pesto. Just wonderful!"

"Will definitely make again. I used regular whole wheat flour since I couldn't find whole wheat pastry flour, and it came out great. Plenty of sugar, without being too sweet, and plenty of nuts. A serving size as stated was satisfying to me and it felt like a splurge although it was only 210 calories. "
