"I took my wife here on a Sunday. They have a Sunday special which is 1/2 off any pizza. We ordered a family size pizza and a meatball sandwich. One of the partial owners came to our table and told us that since there was only two of us, we could only get the 1/2 price deal on a medium. He said he didn't want us taking a "bunch of pizza ..."

"Who'd of thought making excellent quality mozzarella was so EASY! I got 1 lb. 1oz. of mozzarella for 1 gallon of whole milk. I followed the "destructions" (as my sons used to call it! and the end result is a creamy, store-bought quality fresh mozzarella. Many thanks for posting this wonderful recipe!!"

"We have to give credit where credit is due. I have made this rice about 5 times. Today will be 6th. I am making it for a monthly "cook-off" my family has. This is absolutely phenomenal rice! My wife and I agree: this is the best Mexican rice we ever had!!

"These biscuits are WONDERFUL! I made "drop biscuits". I baked them in my preheated cast iron skillet (which I lightly greased with butter for 12 minutes at 450 degrees. If anyone gives this recipe less 5 stars, they did something wrong. Thanks for posting!"
