"Really good. But we found it too sweet. I also added oats. I needed it done sooner, so I put it in the microwave first for 4 min on high to soften the apples, then I browned it at 450* in the oven for about 10 min. Everyone enjoyed it despite being sweeter than we are used to."

"I made this for my daughter when she wasn't feeling well. It turned out great despite a couple of minor changes I made; I didn't happen to have rice/soy milk on hand at the time so I used dairy milk which worked fine. Also, I did not use coconut flavor. I cut the sugar in half because my daughter's stomach can't handle much sugar, but with all ..."

"Great recipe. I enjoyed the smooth texture. It rose evenly so it didn't look like the typical dutch baby. For me, the flavor was reminisant of a dessert my mother used to making using Bisquick pancake mix. Despite all that goes into a dutch baby, I often find them not filling. With this recipe, I ate about half as much Dutch Baby as I usually..."

"I made this for Christmas dinner. We all loved it. Especially my daughter who is not particularly fond of fowl. She said it was resturant quality. I haven't made game hen often because I didn't have a good recipe but now I think we will be having it regularly...I may even slather the mix on the chickent next time we have chicken. I didn't hav..."

"I chose this recipe specifically because it was gluten free. I don't drink, and find bourbon particularly unappealing, but these were to be a gift. But I didn't feel comfortable giving food without tasting it and OH MY was I surprised! They were so delicious I didn't want to stop eating them!"

"Not bad at all. Had a good texture, crisp on the edges and chewy in the middle. I used Sugar Twin (it costs about 4 times less than Splenda and simi sweet chocolate chips. It was easy to make. The dough was fluffier and stickier than traditional dough but they turned out like traditional cookies. Will definately make this recipe again for the..."

"Wow! This is a 5 star plus recipe! I made it for my daughter's teacher. Dispite the fact that I don't eat dairy or wheat, I needed to try it before I gave it away and wow...I could have eaten the whole batch right out of the oven! I did not use the glaze because I knew the teacher did not want a sweet treat. I had know trouble mixing the dough..."
