"Oh my! Can't believe I forgot to come back and rate this after making it for last years (2007 Thanksgiving Dinner!! What a fabulous dish...it was loved and raved about by all that attended. This was my first flan and it was surprisingly easy and met all expectations in its delightful taste and texture. Deserves more than 5 stars in my mind."

"My kids all liked this quite abit. I mean, what kid doesn't like pizza?!?! But they all made their own suggestions for the "next time mom". So thats why 4 stars instead of 5. But will deffinately use this as a base for other options in the future. thanks for the recipe. reviewed for PAC Spring 2008."

"Saw this being reviewed for PAC Spring 2008 and just had to give it a try as I love both risotto and squash!! Having never made risotto before I found it incredibly easy (just time consuming is all...but very easy. Super creamy texture with the rice part and adding crunch and textural change with the nuts and squash. Quite nice! I was looking..."

Reviewed Spinach and Feta Cheese "alligator"
    Handle
     |  By pattikay in L.A.

"The flavor of this was good but not what I quite expected. By the time all the ingredients meld together the spinach and feta cheese get lost in the flavor profile. I added almost triple the amount of feta to bring it out as a lead flavor. Was good but amount of work vs. wow power was abit disappointing."

"*PAC Spring 2008* review.... Made for a party treat forthe kids. The all liked it with the one comment being they thought the cloves were too strong. Maybe make next time with about 1/2 the amount of cloves or even less. But they drank almost the whole pot so will be repeated as a treat again."

"*PAC Spring 2008*...review This was super easy and quite the success for my family! I used beef sirloin found on sale that was already cubed up for me and kept my mushrooms whole cause we like the chunkiness of them that way. I also used a mix of baby portabellas and baby buttons because I had both on hand. Served with egg noodles and there ..."

"*PAC Spring 2008* review.... This was quite easy to throw together and we completely enjoyed the flavor of the sauce tossed with the kitchen. This was my first time using napa cabbage and it was really the only ingredient I wasn't completley thrilled with. We will however be making this again and I'm envisioning lettuce wraps with it and maybe ..."

"Saw this discussed in PAC Spring 2008 forum and decided to give it a try. So glad we did; it was quite the hit for everyone. It certainly was easy enough to do...easy enough that I left it all in the hands of my 14 yo daughter and she loved knowing that she created it all on her own. It's a keeper that I foresee being made quite often. Thanks ..."

Reviewed Blue Cheese and Caramelized Onion Squares
    Handle
     |  By Little Suzy Homemaker

"Made this for Spring 2008 PAC...only adjustment I made was to use 1/2 wheat flour for the dough. The dough turned out fine (surpise for me cause I'm horrid at those types of doughs but I felt needed more flavor. I absolutely loved the flavor of the carmelized onions...maybe some fresh rosemary in the dough would add the flavor I was looking for..."
