"Classic recipe and easy to make. Made several batches, in one I added zest from 1 lemon. This is a great basic shortbread recipe."

"Very delicious and easy to make. I needed a very simple dish since I had very few ingredient on hand, I didn't use any cheese at all and I only had tomatoe suace instead of diced. Served it on a bed of gnocchi. The chicken was really good, such a great dish, hardly any mess to clean up. I will make it again soon."

"This was surprisingly good. I followed the recipe exactly and the only thing I would change is I would use 1/2 less capers. The capers over powered the other delicate flavors. Also, I would use three garlic cloves instead of one. I was looking for a recipe with the few ingredients I had on hand and this was really good and so simple. (I did use dr..."

"I made three batches; one with pecans which EVERYONE LOVED and immediately gobbled up. One with almonds which got an "O.K."reception and lots of "Where are the pecan ones?" but I thought they were just as good. And since I love walnuts I made a batch with walnuts too, but I was the ONLY one who liked those. Everyone seemed to like the pecans alot ..."

"This recipe is fantastic! My husbands favorite food in the world is pancakes so we have tried alot of different recipes and this is by far the most consistent, fluffy, tasty, even textured pancake recipe we've used. I've started using cake flour instead of normal flour and I sub half of the milk with carnation evaporated milk for added richness. ..."

"Very authentic tasting and super easy! I made it with the pkg of white cake mix following the directions on the box except I substituted whole milk when the box calls for water and it still came out perfect. Used a straw to poke holes in the top of it and worked great. Topped it with fresh sliced strawberries and it was fantastic!"

"I made the apple version. Taste-wise it is fantastic! Very moist. Not very tall, mine only came out to about 1 1/2 in. tall but then again I did mess up by confusing the two sugar amounts then my springform pan leaked half the water, but even with all that, it tasted perfect to me. This is one of the best apple cakes I've had so far. I'm sure if i..."
