    "Tastes like a fluffy green chili omelette with about 5 times the work. Didn't think some of the steps were well thought out, such as trying to stuff the chilies after they have been softened from baking and peeling. Thought cinnamon was a bad idea and left it out, even 1/8 t."

    "I like the idea but don't understand why 1 cup mayo is an ingredient. The lead-in says that the bacon fat replaces soybean oil in the mayo, so baconnaise should be an emulsion of egg yolks and bacon fat."

    "Hooters sells their wing sauces in bottles. For the hot version, see the ingredients list on the bottle. You will see thickeners and concentrated whey protein. It has a slightly cheesy flavor from the whey and is very thick."
