"I thought these were perfectly sweet and i loved the more well done edges of these cookies. I added raisins and walnuts and used the pumpkin/unsweetened applesauce version of this recipe. I think that if I would have made these without the raisins and walnuts something would have been lacking. My husband who is not a dessert, raisin or walnut k..."

"I thought this was very good but I'm not rating since I didnt have cilantro or tortillas on hand. Instead I served over brown rice. My husband does not care for fresh red pepper so I added sliced radishes and raw red cabbage to the cucumber/chicken mix. I thought that was great! The sauce tastes great. The recipe is very versatile - serve ove..."

"My husband and I love this dish! We would give it 10 stars if possible. I made two small changes - instead of 2 types of cheeses I just used a mexican blend and instead of 2% milk I used skim. It tastes awesome you you would have no idea its a "light" recipe. The cilantro/tomatillo sauce thickens up to the perfect consistency and the inside of..."

"I made this for friends and everyone loved it! I baked it at 400 for 40-45 minutes until it reached an internal temp of 160. I will be making this dish again! I also did not use the apple jelly. Instead I made a red wine reduction with the remaining figs, chicken stock, rosemary and a tablespoon of butter. The porkloin was great alone or with ..."

"These were really good! I did not have cream of tarter so i eliminated the baking soda and used 2 tsp of baking powder instead. I make a few cookies with the fork tine marks but I think they look better pressed flat (also no one will confuse them with PB cookies. Everyone at our cookie exchange really enjoyed these cookies. Thanks!"

"Very Good! I left out the jalapeno (didn't have one on hand and and added a little cayenne pepper. It was just the right amount of kick! Great flavor. The only thing was the sauce was not very thick. When i make it again i will reduce some of the sauce down on the stove before serving. Flavor wise it was perfect!"

"I thought this recipe was pretty good. Personally, it was a little too sweet for my taste but I liked it enough that I will make it agian. I found that there was a ton of sauce and you really dont need alot of it since it is so flavorful.
