"This was awesome! Increased the rice and water to 3/4 cup. Added half a beef bouillon cube, red pepper flakes, doubled the chili powder, and heaping amounts of Sazon, Adobo, and fresh garlic. Used a Mexican cheese mix as well. I love spicy! Came out awesome. Might try it again with some black beans added in. Thanks!!"
"These were fab! Used milk instead of water, skipped the rosemary because I didn't have any. Softened the cauliflower in the microwave in a tupperware filled halfway with water, then mashed all the ingredients, using whatever measurements I wanted. Seemingly foolproof. My very picky DH even liked AND finished them! Thanks!"
"This was so good that I HAD to log in and write my review. This was 20 out of 5 stars; one of the best dishes I've made and I've made a lot. And it's SO easy! I did the following: seasoned the chicken with a little Adobo before grilling. In a separate pan, I sauteed some onions seasoned with a little salt, then at the last minute ad..."
"I really enjoyed this chili. I followed the recipe exactly, but at the end I added a lot of salt, much more cumin, red pepper, and a tablespoon of a spice called 'Hakuna Matata". Also added about 1/2 cup more water. Came out perfect!! Will definitely be making this again."
"This is great! I only have a small pitcher at home so I reduced some things. I boiled 3 packets of green tea and the mint leaves in 1.5 cups of water. I dissolved the sugar in 1 cup of water (I only used 1/2 cup of sugar because I don't like my tea too sweet). I used the same measurements for the cherry juice and lemon juice --- great!! Thisll def..."
"fantastic recipe. Cut down the milk about 1/2 cup and increased the amount of broth by 1/2 cup as I don't like super creamy soups... used chicken instead of turkey since that's what I had in my freezer ... delicious!!"
"Absolutely fabulous. I'm a cinnamon lover so I increased the cinnamon in the topping to 2 teaspoons and also added 2 teaspoons to the muffin mix.I grated the apples instead of dicing them (as other reviewers suggested) & also used a little more than 2 cups. I added some baking soda, too so that they would rise. Besides that, I followed the recipe ..."
"These were FABULOUS. Because I wanted a really moist muffin I substituted the melted butter with canola oil; they were just as moist, dare I say even moister on day 3! I also added extra vanilla like some other reviewers and skipped the walnuts (not crazy about them). Also, I read some comments saying that the taste was a little bland, so before p..."
"Great recipe. Had a sudden craving for cinnamon muffins and this was extremely easy. I didn't even have muffin tins, I made it a cinnamon cake & it still came out great! I really love cinnamon so I followed others advice and upped the amount to 1.5 teaspoons. Delicious!"
