I hate bland cooking. Love to experiment with ethnic and exotic foods. Baking is relaxing.

"I agree. The filling wasn't enough to fill all of the tortillas. We liked this, though. Reminded us of California Pizza Kitchen's barbecued chicken pizza. Those who don't like spicy liked these as they were very mild. I guess it depends on the type of bbq sauce you use. When I prepare these again, I will spice things up by addi..."

"I followed the recipe exactly, but added some garlic powder, onion powder and paprika (for color to the compound butter mixture. I also sprinkled some Panko crumbs mixed with a little parsley flakes on top of the butter/cheese mixture just prior to the final broiling. I cannot say how excellent this was."

"My, this was good. First time baking and eating shoofly pie. I baked mine in a 9" deep dish pie plate because I was afraid the filling would overflow when it expanded while baking. Served warm with lightly-sweetened whipped cream. Totally satisfying if you need a real sweet "fix.""

"Instead of chipotle powder, I sauté the shrimp in adobo sauce and a couple of minced chipotle chilies from the can. I also sprinkle with crispy bacon bits. Add a splash of fresh lime juice at the end. Fabulous!"

"I used "Grands" biscuits and left them whole instead of cutting out the centers. I baked them as directed on the package, brushing them with melted butter AFTER baking, then rolling some in the cinnamon sugar and some in confectioner's sugar. I used a pastry bag to fill some of them with red raspberry jam. Definitely eat them wh..."
