"Hm... afraid I didn't have such a good experience as the other reviewers. I thought there was too much soy sauce, not enough lime. I will go for something simpler and lighter next time."

"YUM. My husband dislikes sweet carrot dishes so I was looking for an interesting, savory way to fix carrots. This was perfect. I added 1/2 teaspoon coriander and cut back on the paprika, since I only had hot paprika and was afraid of overkill. "So I actually used the technique described in Recipe 171221, and rather than sprinkling the omelet with cheese as it cooked, filled it (after it was finished with dollops of ricotta and sauteed veggies... then folded it and slid it onto the plate. But from this recipe, I borrowed the use of chicken broth, and it was amazing! I think the omelets w..."

"Five stars for this technique. Wow-- I had never used a hot enough pan, and didn't know that you were supposed to stir the eggs when you first poured them in. My omelets turned out beautifully. I made one with three eggs, and one with two. As per Omelet Recipe 168129, I added a bit of chicken broth to the beaten eggs, and filled the finished omele..."
