"I made this tonight and it was amazing!! I tweaked it a little to the ingredients I had available. EVOO instead of bacon, no onions or mushrooms so I used extra garlic, and I used baby carrots.I also added dried herbs directly to the sauce instead of bouquet garni and it was still fantastic! "This is a fanTASTIC marinade!! The lamb turned out so tender and juicy. I only made 6 lamb chops and it was not enough!! I made it again 2 days later because it was so good! I will use this again and again."

"Love this!! I have made this 3 times already!! I did make some adjustments though. I used either small shrimps or mixed small shrimps and tiny scallops. I also added a couple drops of hot sauce, some cooked onions and peppers, and some butter and more oil to make it a little saucier. Great combination of spices!"

"This recipe is AMAZING. Wow. I did do it a lil different though. I used chicken thighs coated in the spice mix wrapped in foil and baked for 30mins. Then I broiled them basting with the glaze mix. It smelled incredible and was juicy and delicious. The mix of spices took this to another level. I can't wait to make this again."

"ThIs was one of the first recipes I ever cooked on my own when I moved out when I was 18. It is sooo simple to make and five years later i still make it every couple months. The sauce is so delicious I find myself sucking it off the bones. I add extra jalapeƱo with the seeds cuz I like it spicy and extra garlic. Soooo good."
