    "This Coq au Vin was so delicious. We had friends over for dinner who had never tasted this dish before and they were both very impressed. The recipe is time consuming but worth every step. I used one and a half bottles of pinot noir and fresh thyme and rosemary. Did not cook at 325 F, instead 300 F, and when it was time to put the mushrooms an ..."

    "To do this with Prime Rib Roast, only cut little slits with your knife and add slices of garlic into the slits as you are pulling the knife out. Make a paste of butter, dry mustard, & thyme and cover the roast, put in a 450 oven for 10 minutes, turn down to 325 - cook 25 mnts/pd. Let stand 15 minutes before carving.Summerpls"
