"My husband LOVED this recipe. It's definately a do again. I admit I prefer poached eggs on my bennys but this is a VERY good alternative and quite easy to do. Next time I may experiment and try separating the eggs and adding the unbroken yolks on top in the last minute or so of cooking. Thanks so very much for sharing!"

"I liked this very much! My son was not excited but he's a greasy burgers and fries guy. I had leftovers and added a little Parmesan that topped it off nicely when I reheated it for lunch. Thanks for the nice recipe."

"I just made a single serving for myself using some leftover hash browns from breakfast yesterday. I used butter flavored cooking spray to cut down on the amount of butter and had to substitute sausage for the ham. It was fabulous! It's funny how half of it filled me up when I used the same amount of sausage, eggs, and hash browns that would be s..."

"The flavor was great but like others it was watery. I wonder if using 2% milk instead of whole milk or half and half makes a difference. I will try it again with a fattier milk and let you know."

"Excellent biscuit recipe. It was very easy to put together. After making them I threw the biscuits into the freezer for a few minutes while my oven was preheating. It helps them bake up nice and flaky. I reduced the sugar and milk just a bit per the recommendations of other reviewers but that was the only change I made. Thanks so much for sharing ..."

"10/18/10 Update. I have to rave again about this recipe. I took the extra time to fry up some bacon and carmelize the onions in the renderings and still added the Old Bay and used the Cajun Seasoning in liu of the cayenne pepper. There were 5 people at the table but I expanded the recipe to feed 9. I'm glad I did since nearly everyone had seconds..."

"I agree with others that the recommended amount of sugar makes this too sweet but that can be adjusted. Since we prefer a tart potato salad I cut the sugar down by half and will probably cut it even more next time. I really like the precooking method. It makes a nice creamy dressing. After a day in the fridge it tasted even better. This is going..."
