"I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet! Love this recipe...even the kids like it! The only change I've made is to decrease the olive oil to about 3 TBSP and increase the lemon juice (fresh squeezed to 6 TBSP. If I'm looking for more flavour, I sometimes add 1 TBSP of Club House "salad herbs". YUMMY!"

"Very tasty little treats! I made these for my Mom and I (the rest of the family would not touch them! I added the garlic from the beginning...I didn't read the recipe all of the way through...thankfully, all was okay. They did not make it to our dinner plates, we just kept walking by the dish and popped a few into our mouths - GONE in 10mins!!!"

"I really enjoyed this! I eneded up with a TON of haddock (over estimation! and doubled the rest of the recipe very easily. I add more garlic to everything, and subbed chicken broth for the sherry. This was very easy to put together. My picky eaters didn't appreciate the fish itself, so I may try a different type next time!! I think some fresh..."

"This was quite good, I used two lbs of beef and adjusted some of the ingredients to suit. I added a bit too much broth and it was a little soupy! I added twice the garlic and a wee bit of steak spice. I would decrease the thyme (I associate it with chicken! Used some leftover mashed potaotes (okay I had a ton! "Made these once before...must have forgotten to review, oops!Very tasty little morsels and quite easy to make. I have one suggestion based on experience. I got the potatoes ready and realized it was too early to bake them! Well, I thought, just leave them in the baggy and let the flavours blend until baking time... Hmmm, not such a good idea,..."

"Very good recipe! I omitted the pecans, we have some young ones that have not had nuts as of yet and personally I don't care for them in baked goods. I added another 1/4 c berries, and just over a half cup of oatmeal to the chopped berries to try and fill the void left by the pecans absence...I also added a tsp of vanilla (love it!
