"These are FANTASTIC! Maybe the best gluten-free recipe I've ever tried. I used a whole egg, 2/3 cup Splenda instead of the sugars, 1-1/3 cup gluten-free baking flour instead of the tapioca starch, rice flour and millet flour, and 1/2 cup applesauce instead of oil. I omitted the pumpkin seeds. I made 6 jumbo muffins that not only looked great, but ..."

"I tripled the recipe and used 1 lb. lamb and 2 lbs. ground beef. I used a large white onion for the scallions and 1/2 cup bread crumbs for the semolina. I also added a couple teaspoons of chopped garlic. I formed the mixture into 16 patties and cooked them on the grill. I put them in pitas with dill sauce, feta cheese and chopped tomatoes. Delicio ..."

"The first time I made this, following the recipe exactly with the exception of using broth instead of wine, it came out good, but the cinnamon flavor was overpowering and the meat was a little dry. The next time I made it, I decreased the cinnamon from 1 tablespoon to 1 teaspoon and added another half a can of tomatoes to the sauce and it came out ..."

    Reviewed Apple Raisin Muffins
     |  By Suzzanna

"These were so good! The directions were easy to follow, and they came out moist and delicious. I used 2 large apples and golden raisins. I had enough batter for 14 jumbo muffins, which I baked for 32 minutes. They smelled great and tasted even better."

"The dressing is what makes Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad so delicious. I've ordered this salad many, many times over the years, so believe me when I say that this dressing recipe is DEAD ON the same as Applebee's. I've been searching for this recipe for over 10 years, and I've tried several other recipes, only to be disappointed that they did..."

"What a great idea to use potatoes for the crust! I used fresh potatoes, which I grated and squeezed dry in a dish towel. I also used whole milk instead of half and half. It smelled and tasted great. It even tasted good left over. Another winning recipe from Paula!"

"I made this for Christmas dinner and everyone loved it. I made extra gravy and poured it over noodles. I added nutmeg and allspice to the gravy, which gave it a nice flavor. The meatballs were a little tough and could have used more milk and/or water added. Overall, very delicious and pretty quick and easy dish to prepare."

"I used 2 rolls of Grands biscuits and cut each in four pieces with kitchen scissors. I wish I had mixed the Italian season in with the butter, because a lot of the flakes stayed dry and didn't have a good taste. The flakes that were drenched in butter were much better. Also, halfway through making this, I decided to shake the biscuits in a bag wit ..."
