"This was so so easy and so freakishly good!!! I used bone in ribs and when they came out, the meat was tender and falling off the bone. I made a tiny bit of extra sauce on the stove top and when the ribs were finished separated the oil from the sauce and added to my stove top sauce- basted the ribs and put back in the oven for a few more minutes. ..."

"HOLY COW! This recipe is absolutely delicious! I used diced water chestnuts instead of peanuts (it's what I had on hand Followed the recipe to a T otherwise. Every last bite was eaten between 3 people. Even better than dining out!
