"Thanks for sharing, I am making up a batch as we "speak", just waiting for my grandson to return from the store as I didn't have any dried coriander. Judging by the amount called for I knew I couldn't leave it out. Great suggestions I might add, will try the marinade for sure tomorrow on the steaks. Thanks again."

"I too get the TOH and like you had to try this recipe. Made it as written the first time then the "light bulb" went off. Made it again a few days later but this time I enclosed a piece of pepperoni and a chunk of mozzarella within the dough ball, (I can never leave anything alone. and set in pan to rise. Had all four of the grand kids lined up w..."

"Absolutely wonderful, would give you 50 stars if I could. I love anything with Quinoa, and in fact have posted a couple of bread recipes. Made a couple of changes though. Just wanted a side dish for dinner so dropped the chicken and added some cranberries, other than that followed the recipe as written. I am going to make again with the chicken..."

"Oh Yummmmmmm and so much fun to make with the grand kids. I do have one complaint though, or I guess it's just a question. where can I buy "Don't" powder? You know, the stuff you add so you don't have to say "don't eat them all at once" every five minutes. Great recipe, into the keeper file it goes. Thanks so much for sharing."

"Wow!!! Gooder than good. Made pretty much as directed. Forgot to buy the onion so used what I had, which was green onions. Also used chicken stock and sour cream. Had a few shrimp left over from last night and an avocado that had to be used so in they went. The end result was pretty darn good. Will certainly make again and again. Thanks so mu..."

"Oh Miss Ann, I thought I would never get to the end of all your recipes and then was sad when I did. As I told you before I am a native New Mexican and Hispanic to boot. I can spot an authentic Mexican recipe vs a wannabe a mile off, and you my dear are spot on with most of them. Please continue to post as many as you can for the younger generati..."

"Oh my, someone done stole my recipe......lol. I am a 67 yr old New Mexican and as far back as I can remember this stew has been made pretty much as written. I remember my grandma cooked a pot of pintos and added a couple of spoonfuls to our bowls of the stew. My mom would add tomatoes and serve it over rice if she thought it was a bit too spicy..."

"OMG, you have no idea how you made me laugh. Yep your right, now where is that sandwich maker? Found it, cleaned it up, a trip to the pantry and wala dinner is cooking as we "speak". I can hear the twins, now 21, as they take a trip down memory lane. This sandwich maker got a good workout back in the day. Think I'll leave it out for a while. ..."

"OMG Thank you sweet Jesus for leading me to this man that knows how to cook and isn't afraid to post real homemade recipes with some grit to them. I'm to old to worry about my cholesterol at this point (normal levels thank you so let me die with real food in my tummy, a fork in one hand and a jalapeno in the other....lol. Thanks Johnny, keep the..."
