"My family flipped out over this meal! *even my super picky 9 year old said it was perfect!* I used 1 lb of ground beef for the meat and added a cup of diced fresh red onion. Will definitely be making it again :"

"Fabulous pudding... Considering the other reviews, I gradually added in some agave nectar and brown rice syrup, adding a little at a time as the mixture cooked and tasting it for sweetness. I used sweet brown rice and coconut milk. I did not add the butter. (the coconut milk is already so rich As for the spice, I used all cinnamon, though ended u..."

"These cuties were fairly easy to make! They were made for my little sister as a treat she had asked for a long time. I was lazy and scooped the batter into muffin tins. They did fine baked that way. In place of the cinnamon sugar, I made a quick maple glaze and sprinkled crumbled bacon on top! Needless to say, she loved them :P"

"Such a nice way to use up some vegan sour cream I had sitting around. Very rich and deep, yet fluffy. I separated my own unpasteurized eggs as I was thinking back when I tried beating the liquid pasteurized egg whites and they would not whip. Instead of the coffee granules, I added another tablespoon of cocoa powder. It had a powerful cocoa taste,..."

"Such a fresh, flavorful salad! I cut it in half, used Italian flat-leaf parsley, and minced the garlic. The salad is good on its own, though I loved it most on seaweed tamari brown rice crackers. This was a very nice main dish for many lunches for me. Thank you for this lovely recipe :"

"I feel so good eating this soup. Not only is it amazingly delicious and comforting regarding taste, it is great in knowing how healthy such a tasty soup is. It is always a plus by me. The pureed beans in an excellent thickener; it adds texture to a rather ordinary vegetable soup. I plan to use this easy and better method of thickening for other re..."

"Please allow me to tell you how I enjoyed this... Only minimal tweaks. I used garbanzo bean flour and soy milk. In place of the cheese, I used soy cheddar; it was all the dairy free I had on hand. (I would love to use swiss next time! I also used fresh oregano because I just so happened to have some. I did add the dry white wine and some green pe..."

"This is such an amazing and unique, but simple stew. It was fairly quick, chopping the tomatoes took a little while though. I did not peel them, nor did I seed them. I used a yellow bell pepper and instead of Old Bay, I used seasoning salt. I added in some carrots and a bit of kale. Everyone agreed they were a lovely plus. I served it with sweet r..."
