    Reviewed Low Carb Fauxtatoes
    Handle
     |  By Barb Witherspoon

"I just made this tonight. I was out of cream cheese so I did it with butter only. Boy was I happily surprised when a frozen bag of cauliflower turned into creamy mashed potatoes... Thank you so much for sharing the recipe, it is a keeper!"

     |  By MNLisaB

"This was good. It was not like any quiche that I have had before. The crust seems heavy, making it more like a casserole than a true quiche. It was quite edible though, and in the future I have plans for doing it differently. Thanks for the great low-carb dinner!"

"This is the best version of brown beans that I have ever had, and I have lived in Sweden for 8 years! I almost left out the vinegar, but decided at the last minute to put it in, I am happy that I did, it was a great sweet and sour taste and they were perfect on rice. Thank you CJay for the wonderful and easy recipe."

"I had made stuffed peppers only once before, and that was a disaster, trying it vegetarian. Then I found this version and loved it!! It was amazing the first time, and now we are heading for the left-overs. Thank you for posting this simple and easy for company recipe..."

"We made this a few weeks ago, but I am just getting around to reviewing it. It was really amazing! I have been using a lot of legumes lately, just for the health benefits. My husband is really getting sick of beans, but when he had this, he had seconds and thirds! I did use a small can of tomatoes, and a can of tomato puree. I also used dried b..."

"These brownies are fantastic! I used a mixer until it was time to put flour in, which I put in last. After that I stirred with a wooden spoon, and it was a workout! I spread them with the back of a wet metal spoon and in 25 minutes we had some delicious and chewy brownies. I will be making these over and over. My husband loves them, and I am ..."

     |  By Ann Arber

"This is the best carrot cake that I have ever made or eaten! I followed the recipe to a tee, other than adding a few raisins that I had left over and subbed some apple sauce for some of the oil. I frosted it with a whipped cream cream cheese frosting which was not too sweet and it was a perfect combination. Will make this often due to the reque..."

"This was not as good as I had hoped. I gave it more stars than I would have, except that this was my first dish made with saffron, and that could very well have been the problem. Perhaps I simply do not like saffron, and I would not want to ruin a rating just for personal preference. I normally adore lentils and chickpeas, so I had high hopes. ..."

"These bars are just fantastic! They are so easy, I just melted the butter in the bowl in the microwave, added the rest of the ingredients, and poured them in the pan. Perfect! I found them perfect for a middle of the night sweet craving, as they were done in no time. My husband, who claims that he does not like coconut ate over half of the pan..."
