"Wow! My 3 children ate this entire casserole and loved it! By the time we had thirds the casserole was gone. A huge hit. I didn't have fresh spinach so I used 2 packages of frozen spinach that I thawed and squeezed mostly dry. I didn't try the compound butter because I was in a rush, but instead I added 3/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning to my sa..."

"These were delicious. Much better than other similar recipes I've tried. It didn't work well when I doubled the batch though (became doughy so when I double it again I would use only 3 c. of bread crumbs and reduce the Old Bay to 1 1/2 tsp. Terrific as written though."

"I was so surprised to find a slushie recipe here, so out of curiosity I tried them. My children were so excited to have these on a hot summer day and they even commented "it tastes better then the ones we get at the ice cream stand". I made the recipe up as listed and then added another cup of ice. Next time I think I would do 1/3 cool-aid mix ..."

"Easy and delicious! I used all whole wheat flour and I didn't have sour cream so I substituted an equal amount of buttermilk. I had to bake it a tad longer because of the extra liquid but I had excellent results. Thanks for sharing this recipe. We have so much rhubarb each spring that it is wonderful to find another great recipe for it."

"I have a slight variation to add for those pressed for time. I made the recipe up but skipped making the balls. Instead I added the peanut butter/rice crispies mixture directly to the melted chocolate and dropped by teaspoonfuls onto the waxed paper. Very easy and very tasty."
