"Very good! I changed the recipe some to suit my family. I used less cream cheese and added cheddar cheese, probably about a 1/4 cup. I also added garlic and basil. I wrapped it in parchment paper since I don't like using foil. It came out so moist and good. Thanks!"

"Very good and better the 2nd day. I made them for my mother who needs extra calories and she likes them. I gave one to the aide on duty and she liked it too. It was hard to imagine that the gooey batter would rise, but it did. My teen daughter likes them too, so it will be one I make again. I think I'll use xylitol next time since what I've read..."
