"This was exactly what I was looking for in a blueberry muffin recipe! The only thing I changed was the topping. I used one I like made with a little flour, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt. These were the best muffins I have had in a long time."

"Cherry is not my favorite pie but my dd wanted one so I made this for her and it was wonderful! I made a different recipe several weeks ago with canned cherries and the frozen ones were much better color wise and in taste and texture. Thanks for the great recipe, it will be a regular for us."

"We loved these beets. The butter does coagulate a little when they are cold but it didn't bother us. I just scrape it off. They are delicious hot or chopped up cold on salad."

"My husband claims this is the best cookie he's ever eaten! I also rolled into logs, chilled and sliced. I used regular butter (I didn't have unsalted and they came out great. I may cut back on the sugar in the cookie a little bit next time to get even closer to that "oreo" taste"

"Thanks for the great recipe! This was the best corned beef I've ever made. I absolutely love the potatoes. They were amazing! In fact I made potato salad this week and after boiling the potatoes I used the same garlic/butter/parsley method before adding the rest of my potato salad ingredients. My family could eat those potatoes every day!"

"I had a chocolate craving last night and wanted brownies but only had 2 eggs - my usual brownie recipe calls for 4. This is now my new brownie recipe! It was so easy and so good. My husband and his friend ate half the pan before they were even cool. I made half w/nuts, half w/out. Next time I might throw in some chocolate chips but they are great ..."

"I love these rolls! They are really light and taste delicious. I used instant potatoes which made them even easier. I used a hand mixer with dough hooks and had no problem mixing. The first time I made these, I made one 9x13 pan immediately. I made another 9x13 pan a couple of days later. Two days after that I used the rest of the dough for pizza ..."
