"I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup unpacked, and I'm so glad I did. It would have been inedible otherwise. It turned out great with less sugar though."

"I'm giving this 5 stars because what I ended up with was delicious and amazing - but I didn't exactly follow the recipe. Here are the changes I made: I reduced the 3/4 cup sugar to a 1/2 cup; I reduced the sugar in the cream cheese mixture to 2 Tblsp; I used a can of cherry pie filling instead of jam (just because that's what I had on hand. The r..."

"This has become the challah recipe that I will pass down to my children. Seriously the best challah I have ever had. I add 1 cup of sugar instead of half a cup - personal preference, I like a sweeter bread. Also, this last time I made it with the oven set to convection, reduced the temp to 350 and baked it for 15 minutes then let it sit in the ove..."

"Not quite as crunchy as the fried version, but very tasty. I'll try making them thinner next time to get more crunch. My picky kid couldn't tell the difference. Thanks for the recipe!"

"I already reviewed this recipe, but I had to write in again with a helpful hint! I added 1/2 c of peanut butter the second time I made these, and they're WAY better. I also omitted the raisins (personal preference. The protein and fat makes them last longer in my kiddo's tummy. I realize this isn't AS healthy, but still pretty healthy."

"Great bread! Airy and soft with just enough crispness to the outside. Not too dense, but dense enough to make a sandwich with. I had a hard time not eating the entire loaf by myself in just one day!"

"These meatballs are amazing! I've made them with just ground beef and with pork. They're good either way, but the pork makes them extra good. I used 1 tsp italian seasoning (no salt and 1 tsp salt. My husband likes them with some crushed red pepper in the mix."

"Let me start by saying, I have a serious sweet tooth. Even so, this was WAY too sweet, and I only used 1/2 c. sugar in the batter and 1/2 c. in the peaches. I also rinsed the canned peaches. I thought the amount of butter was a little much, too. I think next time I'll use 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. sugar in the batter and 1/4 c. sugar in the peaches. I..."
