"This is a very easy to make and extremely tasty - very satisfying considering it's quite healthy! I make muffins rather than cake but either way it takes a while to cook and you walk a fine line between under cooked and getting a dry sponge so I'd recommend cooking slowly and checking often! Great recipe though, thanks. x"

"I'm sorry but I won't be making this again. It was quick and easy and with the addition of a little fish sauce, sugar and a lot more fresh coriander was alright but nothing to rave about. I was dubious about the 2 tablespoons of pepper and so used 2 teaspoons but that was still too much. Maybe I used the wrong kind, as black or white isn't stated...."

"This is very tasty and easy to make. The chicken is very succulent and the batter extremelly crispy! I will definitely use this recipe again - the chicken soup really enhances the flavour - but the next time I'll use a tray for the flouring instead of a bag as there's a lot of waste and I'll probably use larger quantities of seasoning, just becaus..."

"Delicious pizza base! This is quick and pretty easy to make. The mixing in of the last cup of flour was quite difficult, I found it easier to tip the whole thing out onto a board and kneed it in. I also have no idea what the extra couple of tbsp of water is for, as it doesn't say, so I didn't use it. The end result is a little sweet but healthier ..."

"I loved this cake - light, moist and beautifully flavoured, it was easy to make and didin't require a ton of special ingredients. The only reason it's not a 5 star for me is the icing - I like my carrot cake icing to be less sweet, tasting more of the cream cheese but I'll definitely keep the recipe for the icing and use it on a rich, dark chocola..."

"This IS the only chocolate cake recipe you'll ever need. The cake is moist and has a great texture and flavour. I found it needed a little longer than the recommended cooking time and the frosting wasn't quite sweet enough for my husband and I but we've never really had a proper American style frosting before. I'll DEFINITELY be making this cake a..."

"WOW-These are so tasty; really dark and sticky and full of flavour. The salt definitely isn't needed in my opinion due to all the soy and I may use heaped tablespoons of both garlic and ginger the next time I make them but there will absolutely be a next time and, I'm guessing, not too far in the future. Thanks for all the tips re lining the dish ..."

"I tried this with pork and have to say that whilst marinating and cooking this smelt a lot like feet! But I went ahead and grilled the pork and the result was a really tasty and savoury dish. Unfortunately the lemon grass didn't come through very well; maybe I should have crushed the stalks instead of chopping them and maybe my fish sauce is too s..."

"As a Brit this was my first attempt at a real, homemade cookie (as opposed to a biscuit..our version of cookies and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Quick and easy to make and the end product was beautifully buttery! I used white choc chips this time but can't wait to experiment with other fillings.I followed other reviewers'advice an..."

"Quick, easy and delicious! I found that half a tsp of chilli was enough, any more and I think the heat would have masked the flavour a bit and I agree with other reviewers that 35 mins was plenty long enough for 1 inch cubes. "
