"Excellent. I can't say anything more about it!
I didn't have celery or carrots, but I did have a half-bag of frozen peas & carrots. I dumped those in before I added the flour.

I used my Pampered Chef roasting pan to do the sauteing and such on the stove-top and then was able to put it right into the oven.

I was low on beef bouillon base, so just used 1/2 broth, 1/2 water, and then added 1 cup water (I actually doubled the recipe. I added some mushrooms at the end also. My kids gave it a "B", so it wasn't TOPS on their list, but they ate it. : I will do this again for su..."

"Delicious!! We just finished this for dinner tonight. I used Fresh Broccoli instead of frozen, since i had a lot. I just steamed it a few minutes. For the sauce, I did as directed, except I used Chicken "Better than Bouillon" base instead of the cubes. And I didn't have any seasoning salt, so I found a recipe for a substitute and whipped up a ..."

"This recipe is easy and delicious!
From two pumpkins, I had about 1 1/2 cup of seeds. I coated them with butter and then split them into two bowls. I did half with some garlic salt/cayenne pepper. I could have put MORE seasoning- I was too light. I had about 3/4 cup seeds, and used about 1/2-3/4 tsp of garlic salt, and maybe 1/4-1/2 of t..."
